Home Exercise Program ( H.E.P. )
The exercise videos below are available online for FREE. I suggest that you consult with your doctor and therapists before performing any of these exercises. If your Physical or Occupational therapists sent you home with a Home Exercise Program, FOLLOW their instructions, and use these videos ONLY as a guide.
Always adhere to any precautions (ie: Cardiac, Sternotomy, Hip precautions etc) and breathing techniques that your therapists had instructed you. If you experienced any pain or discomfort or shortness of breath while exercising, STOP immediately and monitor your vital signs. Seek medical attention as appropriate.
